Terms and Conditions
1. Accounts and Payments
1.1 Order Cut-Off Timings:
Lunch: Orders must be placed, canceled, or modified by 8:00 PM on the previous day.
Dinner: Orders must be placed, canceled, or modified by 12:00 PM on the same day.
1.2 Delivery Area Confirmation:
Customers must confirm delivery availability in their area by calling +91-9958064609 before placing an order.
1.3 Minimum Meal Charge:
The minimum charge per meal is ₹60, excluding delivery charges.
1.4 Customised Plans for Allergies:
Requests for meals accommodating food allergies will require a customised plan.
Additional charges will apply as determined by NutriChulha.
1.5 Wallet Credit Expiry:
Wallet credits must be utilized within 6 months from the date of issuance, failing which they will expire.
1.6 Refund Policy:
Orders canceled after the cut-off time will not be eligible for refunds.
1.7 Service Discretion:
NutriChulha reserves the right to modify or cancel meals with prior notice, where feasible.
The tiffin service for any customer may be discontinued at NutriChulha's discretion without prior notice.
2. Delivery Policy/ Shipping Policy
2.1 Delivery Partners:
Deliveries will be facilitated by Mumbai's dabbawalas or other trusted courier services.
2.2 Delivery Charges:
A delivery fee of ₹40 will be charged per order for both lunch and dinner.
2.3 Delivery Timings:
Lunch: 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM
Dinner: 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM
2.4 Delivery Restrictions:
If access to a building is restricted, meals will be delivered to the security gate, reception, or common area.
2.5 Non-Deliverable Days:
No lunch deliveries will be made on Sundays, public holidays, or during exceptional circumstances such as natural disasters, riots, or dabbawala strikes.
2.6 Unavoidable Circumstances:
In the event meals cannot be delivered due to uncontrollable circumstances, such as heavy rains or strikes, the prepared food will be donated to underprivileged children, and the charges will be non-refundable.
2.7 Delivery Liability:
NutriChulha collects delivery charges on behalf of delivery partners and is not liable for delivery delays or issues. Complaints regarding delivery must be addressed to the delivery service provider.
3. Food Handling and Quality
3.1 Packaging and Temperature:
Meals are cooled to room temperature before packing to avoid spillage.
Food is provided in microwave-safe containers, and customers are advised to reheat meals before consumption for optimal taste.
3.2 Consumption Time:
Meals should be consumed within 4 hours of delivery. NutriChulha will not be held liable for consumption after this period.
3.3 Tampered Packaging:
Customers are advised not to consume food if the packaging appears tampered with and must report the issue to NutriChulha support immediately.
3.4 Dietary Preferences:
NutriChulha primarily offers vegetarian meals unless otherwise specified in the menu.
4. General Terms
4.1 Service Interruption:
NutriChulha reserves the right to suspend or pause services during holidays, natural calamities, or other emergencies. Advance notice will be provided wherever possible.
4.2 Order Transferability:
Orders are non-transferable and cannot be postponed to another day or transferred to another individual without prior approval from NutriChulha.
4.3 Liability Disclaimer:
NutriChulha will not be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.4 Changes to Terms:
NutriChulha reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

6. Refund Policy
- Cancellations Before Dispatch: Customers can cancel their orders via the Booking History tab before the order is dispatched. Any refund for canceled orders will be credited to the NutriChulha Wallet.
- Undelivered Orders: In case of non-delivery due to NutriChulha’s fault, the full order value will be refunded to the NutriChulha Wallet.
- Partial Refunds: Refunds for items that are damaged or incomplete upon delivery will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Contact customer support immediately in such cases.
- No cash refunds will be issued. Wallet credits can be used for future orders.
