1. How does Nutri Chulha work?
NutriChulha is a fully customizable online tiffin service. Here's how you can get started:
- Browse the Menu: Choose from our customized or combo meal options. Our menu is uploaded in advance till the end of the month.
- Pre-Book Your Meals: Plan and pre-book your meals for the entire month or for specific days.
- Recharge Your Wallet: Add funds to your NutriChulha wallet via debit/credit card (1.9% transaction fee applies) or net banking to place your orders.
2. Do I need to log in every time to place orders?
No. You can pre-book meals for the entire month after signing in. Our menu remains available for pre-planning until the end of the month.
3. Is there a minimum weekly/monthly commitment?
Absolutely not! You can order as and when you need, without any long-term commitment.
4. What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is charged at ₹40 per order for both lunch and dinner.
5. How do I place an order?
Follow these simple steps:
- Select the desired date for your order. (The next available date is displayed by default.)
- Add items to your meal based on your preferences or dietary requirements.
- Click ‘Add to My Meal’; the date will automatically update to the next available one. Repeat this process for other dates.
- Go to the ‘My Meals’ tab, select a payment method (wallet/COD/pay now), and click ‘Place Order.’
- Visit the ‘Booking History’ tab to view or confirm your orders.
6. How do I cancel my orders?
You can cancel orders via the ‘Booking History’ tab. Just click the Red Cross icon next to the order you wish to cancel.
7. How do I check my order history?
You can review all your past and current orders by visiting the ‘Booking History’ tab on our website or app.
8. How do I check my payments and deductions?
Visit the ‘Wallet History’ section in the ‘My Account’ tab. Here, you’ll find your current wallet balance and a detailed transaction history.
9. What happens if my order doesn’t get delivered?
At NutriChulha, we strive to deliver every meal on time. However, in rare cases where delays or non-delivery occur due to unforeseen circumstances, you can:
- Contact the delivery personnel (details emailed upon order confirmation).

We’ll ensure the issue is resolved promptly or offer compensation if necessary.
10. Can I customize my meals?
Yes! Nutri Chulha allows you to build your own meal using our E-menu. Select dishes based on your dietary needs or taste preferences.
11. Do you cater to specific dietary requirements?
Of course! We offer dietician-approved meal plans, including:
- Low/medium-calorie meals
- High-protein meals
- Diabetic-friendly meals
- Weight-gain plans
12. What are your hygiene standards?
Your health and safety are our priority. Our meals are prepared in a clean, pest-controlled environment using fresh ingredients daily. Every step, from cooking to packaging, follows strict hygiene protocols. Meals are packed in BPA-free, microwave-friendly containers.
13. Can I modify an order after placing it?
Currently, modifications aren’t allowed after an order is placed. However, you can cancel the order and place a new one before the cut-off time.
14. What are the payment options?
We accept:
- NutriChulha Wallet (rechargeable via credit/debit card or net banking)
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Direct payment through secure online gateways
